Some recent acting activity has got me feeling good for the time being. Through video shoots, stage managing work and some other work, I've reached an income amount that is rent-coverable for the coming month, something I would not have thought possible this early in the game.
Of course, I also recognize that it's a fluke. So I'm still seeking out some other freelance opportunities, and mulling possibilities of other part-time work (can you get work as a near-40-year-old server at a restaurant if you don't have any experience?).
A full-court press on the area's casting agencies is also upcoming, so maybe that will keep the acting revenue stream going.
